Yearly renewal

  I’m trying to update my credit card for my yearly renewal but when I log into my site it says I don’t have a wordpress site. I typed in my actual website and it’s still active, but there is no information when I go to my account settings.

  The account you’re using to post here is only two days old and has never bought any upgrades on WordPress.com. If you can tell us the site address, I can tell you the username or otherwise point you in the right direction.
