  I cannot remember blog name, email address or password. Payment taken for yearly domain subscription that I do not use. Please help

  try to recover your account, fulfil this formulate https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  If you purchased within last 30 days you can cancel it. I added the modlook tag, so that the Staff can check on that.
