    I transferred a website from another registrar- I think. At least they say they no longer have it so I think WordPress has it. I just don’t know how to find it.

    If you’re referring to kidskountrykennel.com, then you transferred that domain here on WordPress.com on August 5th. Then, on the same day, you canceled the domain and got a refund.

    Right now your domain is in redemption and we have sent you a manual payment (twice) to proceed with its recovery.

    But now I have my website name in the cart, but I guess I mistakenly put an “s” that doesn’t belong there. I can’t find a way to correct it in the cart before I order. Can I correct it or do I just start all over?

    You would need to remove the domain from the cart and then you would need to search for a new a domain via Upgrades > Domains > Add new should it be available.

    Can you please send the redemption email one more time. My daughter tried to help me and I just bought something- maybe a plan? But I do want to redeem the site kidskountrykennel.com while the sale is on please and sorry. I couldn’t pay to redeem it yet and now I can’t find the email you sent.

    What we’re helping you with is recovering your domain name, nothing else.

    Purchasing a plan here does not transfer your website and its contents to WordPress.com. You need to export your site data from your old site and import it to WordPress.com by following the steps here:

    Looking up your site via the Internet Archive, it looks like you may have had your site with LinkNow previously.

    You would need to contact them to make sure you can still access your previous site files, then process an export file on that site, then import that file to your WordPress.com site. You need to do this before you cancel your previous hosting account as the site’s media files will not be included in an export file – they get imported to your site when you run the importer and the original files need to be accessible.
