Yes you can Import Yahoo! 360 Blog To WordPress at long last.

  I finally found a way to do this after 13 months of looking.
  In fact I located this program in July, but just got it to work.
  It imports your Yahoo360 blog and comments – but not the photos.

  Believe you me I think I learned what “not” to do since I have been trying to get the
  program to work with no help ever since July.
