How to embed videos in posts?

  Yesterday I imported all of my posts and pages from my blogspot blog, however, the imported videos contain a message that they malfunctioned and will not play. There is also some strange (programming?) language before and after some of the posts. HELP>

  This is probably due to the embed code you used to insert videos in your posts. WordPress.com does not allow embedding of the iframe/flash code provided by the video sites, instead, you can just paste the video page URLs for the most importance, or use the different video shortcodes.
