Yet another discussion about Plug-Ins

    Well, I know you had enough discussions about this issue.
    but I have an idea.
    as we know we have a lot of pre-installed templates for wordpress.com blog.
    why we don’t have a bunch of pre-installed plug-ins? and then we can just put them in the blog or stop them out.

    we can have plug-ins as:
    1. Photo Gallery
    2. Book library
    3. Downloads Suite
    ..
    ..
    .. etc.

    Thank you for the great efforts you do.

    Um, we do. Most of the features we have here are based on pklugins either written by staff or obtained from elsewhere. Staff has also said a few timesthat this is a blogging site, not a photo gallery site of forums or what have you.

    Others are installed as per requests made via feedback. if you would like to see specifics installed, why not suggest them via Feedback.

    Also remember that this isn’t the only WPMU install out there. :)

    To be honest though, I would like to to have seen individual forums myself. On my WPMU install, they get used a lot.
