Yikes! What happened to my theme? was I hijacked?

I have been off my blog for 9 days & now the appearence is totally different! I think I was using Twenty Eleven. I had a great banner & background…
At bottom off page it says
Theme: Customized Andrea by Lucian E. Marin. — Blog at WordPress.com.
What’s this? Thanks

I went to my gmail account (email visible only to moderators and staff) and they said it appeared my password related to this blog was hacked. Not sure if that effects what happened
I have changed that password.

One more note– I went one WordPress.com while on the phone & was fooling around looking at themes for a friend — could I have changed it accidently?
How do I go back to original? ( Twenty Eleven w an imported Pink background & custom header?)

Yes if you clicked “Apply” and not Exit – just choose the theme you want and click apply – there is no “revert back” button – you will probably need to upload the background and header again – last I checked you could not move an image from the media library to the theme

@themodestgirls, the theme name and WordPress.com that appear at the bottom of your blog are the footer credits. Those are normal. The password email was unrelated to your appearance settings. It sounds like you probably changed the theme by mistake. Go back to Appearance → Themes, search for Twenty Eleven, and re-activate it.
