Yoast focus keyword

  Hello everyone.
  I have a question regarding Ypast WordPress SEP plugin. On my site Web dizajn ILI NET.
  I use on some articles 3 word focus keyword, and it is in $%, nut when i check one word from that 3 word keyword it shows 7%. Deoes that hurt my rankings?
