Yoast plugin does not recognize WordPress 6.4.1

  I am running WordPress 6.4.1 but I cannot access my SEO toolbar in product edits or Yoast settings in plugin page. I am the admin. My manager can access SEO in product profiles. My plugin page has error:

  Upgrade WordPress to the most recent version
