@expatbyisa – You’ve already received an answer about adding plugins to a WordPressdotcom site in any of the numerous other threads you’ve posted into.

As @justjennifer has mentioned, Plugins are not something that is supported on WordPress.com. Plugins are a feature of WordPress.org.

One question: if I upgrade for a .com blog. Do people are redirected automatically or I lost them?

Thanks a lot . Yes it is redirected but we have to change the links from everywhere( facebook twitter instagram about avatard and others) to have the direct access??

if you upgrade to a custom domain name all the old URL’s will keep on working – sort of magic
