Yoast SEO Facebook Image not working

Hello, hope I’m posting this in the right spot. I’ve tried searching the forums but can’t seem to find the right answer (or can’t figure out what to do).
The Yoast SEO Facebook image isn’t working when I share my post on Facebook. It’s really bothering me because Facebook no longer gives me a few options for images as the thumbnail so I’m stuck with the random one it chooses. Any help would be super appreciative! I am not very advanced on wordpress so in simple terms would be helpful :)

The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
