Yoast SEO Plugin

  I’ve been trying to add the Yoast SEO installation but realised i can’t see plugins on the dashboard. How do I access plugins in order to install the below?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Take a look at the “Plugin” tag https://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/plugins
