  Hi,

  I am trying to renew my domain yoscience.com, but can’t seem to find it on my ‘mangae purchases’. The web page has suddenly dissappeared and I see that I received a renewal notice that I haven’t seen. So scared that the whole page is deleted (!)

  Hi there,

  That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

  Your site itself should still be fine on your hosting provider’s servers, provided your hosting didn’t also expire. The moment the domain is restored, your site should work again.

  I’ve sent you a payment link via email. Once we receive your payment I can email our registrar to restore the domain, and hopefully they can then still restore it before the weekend arrives.

  As you are not using the domain with a WordPress.com site, I’ve also refunded the Personal Plan you bought in trying to renew the domain.
