  Thinking about my renewal options since I paid for a premium subscription this last year but see no difference between the free and premium support. Where is the premium support??

  To access chat support you need to use the contact form on this page:
  https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  If a live chat operator isn’t available, that will create a private email ticket instead.
