You Billed me Twice! Fix This Issue

  You Billed me twice and now i have to jump thru hoops to contact someone in order to fix this problem. Why would i state my billing issues onto a public Forum, Yet you’re making me do so in order to fix (hopefully).

  Has your company ever considered people would like their issues/problems private.

  But Hey Now everyone on this public forum gets to see that your company can end up billing clients more than once in a transaction. You Need to fix this issue ASAP.
