You billed me twice for the domain mapping and registration

    You billed me and I paid in March and then again today. I’d like to get a refund of the double billing please.

    Hi Dennis.

    I’ve gone ahead to refund the second of these payments. Please note, a refund usually takes about a week to process and appear on your statement.

    Due to the duplicate charge your upgrade was renewed for two years and is now valid until the 23rd March, 2017. Consider this extra year to be on us. :)

    I’d like to understand how this duplicate charge came about and, if you don’t mind, could I ask that you share what happened here? It’d be really useful in helping us to stop this kind of thing happening again in the future.
