‘You can only have one running import at a time’ message

    Just curious, I’m trying to import from Tumblr to WordPress, and I keep getting this message. I’ve clicked the ‘Clear account information’ button to reset the importer, but it doesn’t seem to work. How can I resolve this? It’s been a couple years since my last import, so there should not have been an import in progress.

    Staff will reset your importer.
