  Hello after I made a blog for someone else I followed the transfer process and everytime I try to transfer it to her it gives the abovemessage, I subsequently made an account for her and it kept on giving that message then I made another account for myself and tried to transfer it to my other self but it kept on giving the errormessage. I cannot find anything on the forums and the FAQ about it so that is why I am posting here.
