"You cannot transfer to that user" — when transfering blog

  transferring a blog, but “You cannot transfer to that user” comes up. i am the owner of the blog, also have purchased upgrades to the account. it is a website for my old graduate program. trying to transfer to a universal space to give the “art club owner” direct access and purchasing power. (i am no longer in the program and i do not what this transferring thing to continue to be an issue, so i am trying to transfer to the graduate art group. i have also made them an administrator of the blog.

  I’d be happy to help. What user would you like to be the new owner? If we transfer the ownership, please note that you’ll also lose all ownership rights to the domain name as well.
