You charged my credit card I did not authorize

  I am trying to talk to someone as there is a charge on my American Express for $99.00 I did not authorize! when I go into my profile there is no purchase history and no card on file. I did not authorize this and I want a refund immediately! I have tried to contact you for weeks and sent another email but I have had zero response!!!!! Jodi LaBossiere [redacted]
