You charged my paypal account $17 by mistake

  I wanted to apply for domain roejanforum.org for the above blog, filled out all the information and received the notification that something went wrong, I should contact support. Today paypal notified me that they paid you $17

  PLEASE let me know whether you have given me the domain and mapped it, or, if you can’t do that, refund me the $17. I expect a speedy response.

  I kind of feel at the mercy of a faceless organization without a means to get to somebody to help.

  Impotent is the word.
