Beyond frustrated! I was not able to enter my URL in the “site you need help with” section! It keeps saying enter a URL even after I have entered it!
You have deleted my account, which I paid a one year subscription for. I can no longer log in to manage my domain or website. I need access to my domain immediately. I am currently logged into a new account so that I can access the forum, whereas my paid account included live chat. I need my account domain.
You can see below that you are the host!
