Hi! I tried to merge all of your forums requests into one, and I noticed you have an email request open, too.
You bought a custom domain ($18), then inadvertently canceled that thinking you were canceling the free address and getting refunded for it.
If you’d like to have that custom domain, you have a few options:
Repurchase the Domain: We sent an invoice. You’d want to take care of that right away.
Allow it to go through redemption: If you leave the domain cancelled for several days, it will go through redemption. The registrar charges extra to get it back at that point, and there’s a possibility the domain could be purchased by someone else. After many weeks, if no one else buys it and you don’t redeem the domain, it can be released.
(Edited to remove the part about new domains being released after several days. This domain is not new and would go into redemption instead.)

Actually! I did a double-take and realized your domain is older, so those new-domain cancellation rules don’t all apply.
Specifically, it won’t be released after 5 days. Instead, it will go into redemption:
You were still refunded for it, so your options are to either re-purchase it ($18) or allow it to go through redemption. That second option is drawn out and/or costly. Let us know what you prefer.
