  I had access to my site but now all I get when signing into WordPress is this message: You don’t have any WordPress sites yet. As I was having issues with this, another administrator provided me access (again) to the site – without any difference or change as I still cannot access our site. Any thoughts?

  lucelinebrewing.com is under a different account than the one you are contacting us from. You will need to log out of manderson0630 and type in the login credentials for your other WordPress.com account. Do you happen to remember the email/username and password of other account connected to lucelinebrewing.com?

  I do remember and that is the one that was linked – at one time. I haven’t changed anything and had been able to use and access the My Site. Under that account under Profile Links it does show that account.

  Why did it work and now I can’t access? In fact, I had one browser window open and I was able to make changes to one of our pages, but nothing else, but since have closed that window and now unable to get back to it.

  Same sign-on and same login credentials.

  Howdy,

  The user account manderson0630 was added as an admin to lucelinebrewing.com 5 months ago by another site admin, and then removed as an admin 3 months ago. So that would explain why you could log into this account at one point to access lucelinebrewing.com.

  But you will either need to have an existing admin add you again, or log out of the manderson0630 user account and into one of the accounts that owns/admins lucelinebrewing.com.

  Does that make sense/ Let us know if it does not.

  Can you share what email you are using when you attempt the log in? If you share it here, only staff will be able to view the email. I’ll verify that it is the correct email, and if you’re still having trouble accessing the other WordPress.com account, I’ll provide directions on how to reset the account’s password.

  To note, it is not the same email that is connected to manderson0630 as each WordPress.com account must have a unique email connected.
