    ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.’ I have done everything that I can identify as helpful and still I keep getting this message. Frustrating. Paid the money and now cannot access. I updated name server as told and still nothing. I wanted to chat with a tech person but nothing but public forum. I’m beginning to think that I chose WordPress too quickly. My site name is registered as murphysinn.ca. – Bob (redacted)

    Hi Bob,
    It looks like you’ve accidentally created this new account. The site appears to be linked to a previous existing account with the username rpweberconsulting. Can you please sign out of WordPress.com and try the username rpweberconsulting to sign in instead?

    Once you’re in that paid account, you’ll have access to the site you paid for as well as support from staff. This is also tagged for staff to follow up already before I came to reply.

    Let us know how it goes to switch accounts?

    Thanks for writing to us. Hopefully I can help clear up the confusion here.

    You have more than 1 WordPress.com account. Currently, you’ve signed in as murphysinnlr and used that account to post here in the forums.

    The site you’re inquiring about is actually owned by the rpweberconsulting account. In order to work on murphysinn.ca you’ll need to be signed in as rpweberconsulting.
