  Please help meee :(

  Please help me, I was editing my site and a few days ago the white screen problem started. So I thought it was a problem with my computer. So I logged into another computer (which is not MAC) and to my surprise this time a message appeared saying that I don’t have a website yet, but I do and it’s almost done.

  my site is hosted on wordpress yes.

  Another thing I checked is that the site is active, I can open the page on the internet, but in the editing panel when I log in, it appears that I don’t have a site yet.

  Do you have any tips to help me please?

  I do not see any sites under your @desenhoregistro WordPress.com account when I check on our end. Is it possible you created your site under a different login? 

  I can confirm that dig-ferreira.com is a site registered in our system, but it is under a different login, and not under the @desenhoregistro account you are using to contact us with today.

  wow that’s exactly what was happening, i was right in with another email!

  I’m already logged in again and accessing the editing area of my website, however when I try to edit something the white screen happens.

  Usually that’s just your browser getting stuck on something. First, try a hard refresh:

  – Safari: ⌘ Command + ⌥ Option + R
  – Chrome/Firefox: ⌘ Command + ⇧ Shift + R
  – Windows: Ctrl + F5
  – Linux: Ctrl + ⇧ Shift + R

  I’d recommend trying another browser as the next troubleshooting step: does the same issue happen in another browser?

  To troubleshoot your preferred browser, you can clear your cache, temporarily disable extensions and ad-blockers, or try any of the other troubleshooting steps listed here:
