  i get this message when i try to open Theme- Customize – Menu(Manage Live View)- what do i do?

  I am the owner of my site, but had someone set it up 10 years ago.
  I want to change the header, but get this message:
  “Sorry, you do not have enough permissions to customize this site”
  I have no way of contacting the guy that set this up, so how can I get the higher level of permission?
  Also – when doing an internet search, the results show some text that no longer applies. I don’t know where this text exists, and then how to change it.
