I need a refund for a 99 dollar purchase on a debit card i never made nor anyone in my household made. This needs to be fixed and refunded immediately. You guys are next to impossible to get ahold of for disputes such as this and i need this remedied.

To save you time post the relevant details please. Which upgrade, which site URL and which username account is this about, please?
How many username accounts and sites do you have? Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto renew.

I’ll be happy to help sort this out. First, we need to get you signed in to the correct account so that I can find the charge. There is no history of any upgrade made to this user account.
All renewals and charges generate an automated emailed receipt. Do you have that email? DO NOT share any details from the purchase here, this is a public forum. It is safe to share which site address is mentioned on the purchase though, and I should be able to find the charge with that information.
