    my account here shows a credit has been issued but my credit card is only showing the payment can you advise

    Hi there,

    It usually takes around ten business days for most banks to process a refund on their end, so this is normal. The refund should appear on your statement within the next couple of weeks.

    If you don’t see it yet by that point, please contact your bank directly to enquire, and provide them the transaction ID in the receipt you received for the refund.
