However, I do not see any history of purchases with the account you contacted us from. myplanningdrawings.co.uk is hosted with Go Daddy, not with WordPress.com. Are you referring to a different site? If so, please post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
