You have cancelled my paid for upgrade????

I just upgraded from premium to business and then decided to cancel, within five minutes. The upgrade was £156 on top of the £70 I have already paid for my Premium plan…
When I pressed to cancel the business plan it has now also cancelled my existing premium upgrade and is telling I only have free plan…? I have already paid £70 for the premium plan detailed in my account billings history.
WHY HAS IT CANCELED PREMIUM TOO?
How are you meant To contact anyone to help, I also notice today free live chat support isn’t available any more on premium which is one of the good reasons to upgrade in the first place??
..i can’t find anyone to speak too..Please assist urgently
