    I have already paid for my domain name and have signed up with Bluehost as my hosting partner.
    I have paid for this service as they are compatible with my WordPress site development at irish-artist.com

    If you already have a domain and hosting with Bluehost, you don’t need to sign up for wordpress.com. WordPress.com is just another hosting platform.

    You only need to pay us if you create a free WordPress.com site with us, but you want to use the domain that you bought at Bluehost, as using your own domain on WordPress.com is a paid service.
