  Hello, on my dashboard I have this message that appears »With your current plan, you have prorated credits of € 20.00. Use these credits to upgrade before they expire! But I do not understand what it’s for. I tried to change plans but when I want to pay the price does not drop 20euros.
  Can someone explain to me
