I don’t see any recent payments made from this WordPress.com account. Is there another account you’re referring to?
As @staartmees mentioned, you can enter the payment details on this page https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and learn more about the charge. You can also submit a contact form that will show up there to send our billing team a message. They will get back to you via email to help you with canceling or logging into the correct account.

I can accuse someone of stealing when they have! I removed all methods of payment from my account and cancelled all domains.
What would you call it if money was still taken from your bank account????

Hi, the money was taken from my account on 22.3.2023.
I filled in the form that everyone is saying will show me why I was charged only to be told there was no payment recognised???
I can send you screen shots from my bank account. Is that proof or not?!!!

I do not see any charge attempts under your account since 8/22 of last year, but I do see the cancellation of recurring payments on 3/22 related to the domain subscription for dancingwiththebigc.com. If this is what you are referring to, there were no charges incurred at that time.

As others have mentioned here, I also do not see any upgrades under your @magentarosedesigns WordPress.com account when I check on our end.
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can see that atypicalbridal.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @magentarosedesigns login.
