You keep sticking me witha domain I have not ordered. You have done it again!

I complained Four weeks ago about you charging me for a domain name that I did not order. I asked for a refund and you said you would provide. I bought a different domain to be nice. In response, you took back that second buy and kept the first!!!!! You guys really know how to anger people. I want an answer as to how to handle and I want someone who understands the or will investigate properly. This is the worst customer service I have received from an online service. Four weeks now.

I’ve read through the ticket history regarding your domains. I see that your original domain, customerservicenow.org, was cancelled and refunded during your original conversation with Josh. If you have not received your refund, you may want to check with your bank to see if there is anything holding up the process.
Your current domain, custservicefirst.com, was not purchased until 2013-07-03, and does not appear to be the domain which Josh cancelled. It is still online and available for you.
I hope this clears things up for you.
