I don’t like that you make my site appear error page in the google search. you make me so confusing. I move my site from Bluehost to Siteground. I confirm with siteground representative that my site belong wordpress.org. but you have my site information in wordpress.com account. That is impossiable my site in both account wordpress.org and wordpress.com. currently, you not only lead my site often have trouble, but also lead me unable to use the plugin after purchasing.

two account leads my site often have problem unable to be normal that is not good. Even though I don’t know why wordpress system will auto create user name : the product99 when and how, it becomes trouble to me now do you know. for my site onlinesale earliest that I created in US domain center, but website will auto change my picture size and customer service not provider any help on it. when did you delete my account in wordpress.com that I don’t know. who require to do that I don’t know but you. i have been email you for asking what happen. I only can said that you and us domain center don’t have good manner to care of customer’s account. did I called you or did I wrote notice that I required to cancel my account? No, your assistant automatic did without notice me.

Wanglushou9 is my account username that I created earlier in wordpress after purchasing plan earlier. currenly, it is belong wordpress.org not your wordpress.com do you know.

even though I don’t know too much about wordpress.org and wordpress.com before. I had been email you regarding about my account therefore, I told you that I don’t know when you make my account wanglushou closed .I also told you I created my site already.

now it become trouble. I contact with my siteground regarding about wordpress.com account. siteground told me my site belong wordpress.org not wordpress.com. when my site looks unmoral automatic change picture size again, I have been login to wordpress.com account but that time I don’t know my site is belong wordpress.org. therefore, I though that is missing my site information in the section so I add it. I think it is error now after I chat with siteground yesterday. therefore, I login wordpress.com to delete that my website information in wordpress.com account but it doesn’t work. I wrote this for you hope that you can help to delete my site information in wordpress.com account.

I know about this becuse I saw that message for my site in wordpress.com account that my site will be expire on Augest. 27.2023. renew domain $13 that is not match to my siteground have. my wordpress plan will expire to next year but not this year. Also, Purchasing always paid one time together for all total amount never separate. that was why I contacted siteground for asking yesterday.

my currently site have trouble because of it. siteground representative told me my site belong wordpress.org take care. I don’t want you still appear my site error page in google search result. I hope google search can search my current website page. because it is not my current website page. also, If this problem not solve yet, I purchase some plugin plan will not be active for working too when both wordpress.organd wordpress.com have my site information there.

Even though this problem come from wordpress.org and wordpress.com confusing people mind which belong which, lucky I can ask to solve problem. In fact, I want to said that wordpress.org and wordpress.com are so confusing in the mind. it is not everyone know about your such kind of company under which company. we just know using which company we choose and purchase plan.we only can ask current company for help when we meet problem. then, follow by the direction so we find you.

Infact, nobody like to change and delete own wordpress application for own website. we met the problem that unable to solve after asking help so that leads us to reinstall wordpress for resetting it to be normal that is fastest method. now, only wordpress.com representative can help me to solve this problem. I just want to let you know that my website: https:// www. onlinesale99.com now is wordpress.org take care as I know it from siteground representative. I hope that you can help me to solve problem soon after you see this message. I hope my purchasing plan plugin to be active.

    Thanks

    Mei

    Hi there,

I’m not sure understood what you are trying to set up, but I can confirm that onlinesale99.com is hosted with Siteground and currently using the free open-source “.org” version of the WordPress software.

That version of WordPress is completely different from the customized version we offer on our WordPress.com managed hosting, since we have added a lot of extra functionality (that Siteground sites do not have) such as security scans, brute force login protection, incremental backups, automated software updates, server-level performance improvements, and in-house support for WordPress questions.

You can learn more about our managed hosting advantages here: https://wordpress.com/hosting/

To be sure I understand, you wish so move onlinesale99.com from Siteground to WordPress.com, so it is hosted on our secure servers? I see that you have added a domain connection but I was not sure if this is because you are trying to move your site to us..

If so, you can use this plugin to manage the migration with just a few clicks:

    WP
    Import using Move to WordPress.com
    in WordPress.com Support
