  Out of nowhere, My website stopped opening. I continue to receive ‘this page isn’t working’ error and ‘You need a higher level of permission’.
  When I login to the admin account in WP login, I immediately get logged out when I try to make any changes. Is this a server issue within WordPress?
  Please help, I’m not sure what to do to resolve this issue.
