    Hi, I want to edit theme files (tools – theme file editor), but it does not let me because of file permission error.

    I tried to change file permission to 666 on SFTP and SSH, but it returns failure, even tho when I’m the owner of the site.

    Can you help me with the file permission issue.

    Can you sell us more about what you are trying to edit in your theme files? Do you happen to be using a plugin to help you create your 2024 child theme? Thanks for the additional info!
