Hi,
Since yesterday, following an error from Jetpack, I have this error message: You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. I did follow the procedure in contact (sending an account recovery demand). Can someone tell me how long can it takes to fix the problem? I have no message yet from the support team, and need to access to the website ASAP.

Many thanks for reaching out.
It looks like there’s something faulty with the theme. Out of curiosity, has the there been any custom development on the theme?
In order to fix this, we would need to switch the site to a default theme, reconnect Jetpack – and then you would need to update or re-install the Astra theme, but this update/re-installation could wipe any custom development that’s taken place.
Would you like to proceed with this fix?

Hi @babalurien, it ended up being the theme and its related plugin causing a problem. I think we’re 99% out of the weeds (just re-syncing now), and you should be able to use the site again.
I would recommend contacting your theme’s support to sort out any issues before re-activating it. Hoping this helps!
