Help! I can’t access the settings/database for my site and I have no way of live chatting or accessing my business subscription since wordpress says I no longer have access to it. Is there any quick way to get this fixed?

It seems that back in March there was an active Business plan:

In the meantime, if you haven’t already reached out at http://wordpress.com/help/contact , remember plan owners can access staff directly through chat or email there, and that may be faster for you. I am a volunteer here.

Yes, problem being this issue means wordpress doesn’t recognise my business plan so I can’t access the staff chat directly. It’s just an annoying issue that has happened once before and I’m not sure why really! I’ll wait for a staff reply anyway thankyou.

I checked your account you are contacting us from and you do indeed currently have a Business Plan – therefore, you should have access to live chat. What happens when you visit http://wordpress.com/help/contact and attempt to start a chat?

It redirects me to an email contact, there is no option for me to chat, because of the whole “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases” issue, it doesn’t allow me to use the business plan features annoyingly.
