Our three year plans actually have a discount built in, compared to the one-year plans! You can choose a two- or three-year plan when you are at the checkout, to compare.
As it is, we don’t have any 50% discount code that we can give out, but I definitely recommend checking the prices of the two- and three-year plans so you can compare their costs.

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching back out – do wish for the domain roundbracket.com to be used with roundbracket.wpcomstaging.com instead of roundbracket15.wordpress.com?
roundbracket.wpcomstaging.com Has the WordPress.com Business plan in use, so once confirmed, I can switch the location of that domain.
Many thanks in advance and looking forward to getting you set up!

Hey there,
Awesome! I’ve made that change for you and you should see that reflected in the sites domain settings via Upgrades > Domains.
The next step is to change the domain’s DNS settings to point to WordPress.com. This would be changed at GoDaddy and the steps to do this are here: https://www.godaddy.com/help/change-nameservers-for-my-domains-664
The name servers can be changed to:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comBefore making this change, please take a back up of any DNS settings currently applied at GoDaddy as these may need to be re-added here at WordPress.com.
I hope this helps.

Hi there,
I’ve investigated the problem, and it appears that the issue was stemming from the ‘Redirect to URL’ plugin that was active on your site. I have deactivated this plugin for you, and I’m pleased to inform you that your page is now loading correctly.
Interestingly, it seems that this plugin was likely causing a conflict with another plugin on your site called ‘Redirection’. It’s worth noting that these two plugins essentially serve the same purpose, which could have been the root of the issue.
Understanding your needs better will help us provide the most effective solutions. May I ask why you were utilizing the ‘Redirect to URL’ plugin? Were there specific features or functionalities that you found valuable in it?
Looking forward to hearing back from you soon, and in the meantime, if you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re here to help.

Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing some issues with your WordPress site.
Firstly, let’s address the issue with your website header disappearing due to some plugin misconfiguration. To solve this, I recommend that you deactivate each of your plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the issue. For guidance on how to deactivate your plugins, please refer to our support page:
https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/#safely-deactivating-plugins
Once you’ve identified the problematic plugin, you can choose to remove it, or check if there are updates available which might fix your issue.
If you’re having trouble identifying the problematic plugin or if the issue persists even after disabling all plugins, let us know and we will be happy to take a closer look.

As for your second query, you can create a subdomain by following the steps here.
A subdomain has an extra piece of text before your main domain. For example, if your domain is yourgroovydomain.com, you can create subdomains such as blog.yourgroovydomain.com and shop.yourgroovydomain.com which you can use with a separate website. This guide will show you how to connect a subdomain to your site. Getting Started A few items to point out before you begin: Decide onIf I can ask, what are your plans for this second domain? You plan to start another site under your WordPress.com account to connect to it, or did you have something else in mind? Please note that on the WordPress.com platform, you cannot connect a subdomain to a specific page or directory on your existing site. So you will need to connect it to a totally separate site.
Thanks for the additional info!
