Hi there,
On 7/20, we updated our Business Plan space upgrade feature to 50GB. However, since you initially purchased the plan before that date (7/2), we’ll honor the previous space plan, so I added your original Business Plan to your account.
Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you! -

Hi there,
Something in our system is preventing me from getting the storage to 200 GB, but I have reported this internally. I will keep you updated once we get this sorted for you. Apologize for the inconvenience.
Thanks! -

I am trying to open my domain roundbracket.com it redirected on this domain “https://roundbracket.wpcomstaging.com”
-

roundbracket.com is not set as the primary domain. You can go to Upgrades > Domains from your dashboard, click the three dots at the right next to the domain, and choose make primary domain. If it was not like that before, it may have switched to the wpcomstaging.com domain once the Business Plan was switched.
Let me know if you have any trouble, and I’ll make the update from my end.
Thanks! -

Hi, for your Google Workspace subscription, do I understand correctly that you had purchased this separately from WordPress.com?
I checked the public information of
roundbracket.comand it looks like you have directed the domain here using ‘A’ records only. This means that the Google Workspace DNS settings need to be added at your provider – and according to the public information aboutroundbracket.com, it seems like this is already complete. That means that your email address should work, but in order to manage it you will always be accessing your Google Workspace admin console, and it won’t be something you manage through WordPress.com.
With regards to your Contact Form 7 plugin, we are limited in what help we can provide as this plugin is made by a different developer who is separate from WordPress.com. Your screenshot shows a red border on the error message; I searched the internet and found this guide from Contact Form 7 relating to the red border:
https://contactform7.com/faq/i-get-an-error-message-with-a-red-border-so-how-can-i-solve-this/In general it helps to look at the form settings – for example, is the form trying to send “from” your Google Workspace email address? If so, then you may wish to set up an SMTP plugin on your site, to give your form permission to send as your email address. For that I can suggest one example option:

Can anybody reply on it
Hello there!
It appears that your chat requests were not correctly routed to our support team. To check if the issue has been resolved, could you please try initiating the chat again directly from your account page? You can do this by visiting: https://wordpress.com/help
Kindly let us know if you still have trouble. Thank you!

We checked up and it looks like your most recent chat request was replied to by a colleague, but it seems this did not appear for you. Our colleagues have sent you an email – please do check in your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.
Additionally I wanted to note that it seemed like the Jetpack connection between your site and your WordPress.com account was having trouble, and this is why it was showing the wrong number of pages.
I took the liberty of renewing this connection so that now your published pages and drafts appear at https://wordpress.com/pages/roundbracket.com and we are waiting for the page counts to correct themselves too.

Inspite of paying rs 7,100 towards the renewal my website has been suspended. Now wordpress demands more money for fresh domain registration. Disgusting. I had no idea that wordpress, the brand works like this. All automated replies since months. Not a single authority could reply. I even lifted the dispute and allowed the payment but still not restored. Pushing to register domain again.
