  Under my purchases, I can read the following message: You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact support.
  When trying to contact support I can not go through sending a message as another message pops up saying “We couldn’t fetch enough information about this site to determine our ability to support you with it.”

  Can someone explain to me what is happening and how to solve this?

  Hi there,

  Is it possible that you may have performed a migration of some kind on your site recently? I see that the All-in-One WP Migration, and when this plugin is used it has the effect of breaking the Jetpack connection we use to sync the site to your WordPress.com account.
  
  I have reconnected Jetpack and you should now be able to access it normally. If not please let us know, thanks!
