You no longer have access to this site and its purchases

Hi there, I no longer have access to my site (productionfreelancers.com) through my WordPress dashboard. When I go to my account > purchases, I see the message “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases” for my domain and business subscriptions. I believe this occurred after I deleted my original account from within productionfreelancers.com, without realising this would disconnect the site from my WordPress account. Please can you reinstate this?

Hi there!
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. It seems something, most likely a plugin on your site, broke the Jetpack connection (which connects the site to your WordPress.com account/dashboard). It also did something where your role on the site was changed from Administrator to Subscriber. Do you remember what you were doing before the problem occurred?
For now, I restored the Jetpack connection and changed your account role to Administrator. You can now access the site on your dashboard and make changes as necessary.

Thanks, I can now see the site in my dashboard. However, all of my pages had been removed. I’ve now put those back in, but some functionality of one of my plugins is not working – there should be a membership plans popup for new users of the site, but this now just shows a “Nothing found” page. I suspect this may be connected to my pages disappearing? Please could you take a look?

I do see that there is a setting in your dashboard which looks to be related to ‘Plans’, however the HivePress team will be much more knowledgeable about this, since they develop and maintain that related plugin, and its settings.

Hi there, yes I’ve contacted Hivepress also. I just thought this might be connected to the disappearance of all of my pages once my Jetpack connection had been reinstated? Do you know why that may have happened? I’m sure I have setup the Hivepress plans correctly.
