  I’ve seen other people with this issue and sent in a support request. It has been 24 hours and still no resolve, and I cannot access our Production website from the backend to make changes. Please help.

  Other posts say similiar errors were that it was related to a Jet Pack issue. I can access the staging site but not the Production. Under Billing, I see the following “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases.” I also no longer see the domain connection for it.

  It is very difficult to rely on WordPress.com if as Site Owner I can lose access to the backend of the Production website.

  I figured out how to reconnect Jet Pack and the site is back.
