    Hello,

    I spent several days building my site and now it shows “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases.” I can see what I purchased, including the “WordPress.com Ecommerce” subscription. However, now my site apparently disappeared as well as the ability to chat, which I have previously used.

    Why was my site deleted and is it recoverable? I have sent several e-mails already without a response as of yet. For having purchased the most expensive plan on annual payments, I would expect quick responsiveness in an urgent case such as this.
