After coming across a couple of issues, most notably with being unable to get past ‘Set up Jetpack’ continually saying “An error occurred. Please try again.”, I noticed that in my profile purchases, next to both sections concerning the website mindfulfa.com and mindfulfa.wordpress.com it says “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact support.”.
Problem is, when trying to contact support on both Live Chat and Email, the continue button stays greyed out and there is a further message stating “We couldn’t fetch enough information about this site to determine our ability to support you with it.” which is concerning when on the Business Plan.
I’m at a loss as to what is happening, especially as everything was working fine just two days ago and thus I would very much appreciate it if someone could look at this ASAP.
Thank you in advance.

Hi there, I have looked at your account and site, and see that you have the name servers for your domain set to Cloudflare, and there appears to be some issues with the setting there and the internet does not know that the site is hosted here at WordPress.com.
I have set your site here back to the staging domain address so that you have access to the site dashboard to work on things.
Are you using any of the Cloudflare services, such as their CDN? If not, you can log into your registrar and change the name servers on your domain to the following three.
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comIf you are using Cloudflare services, such as the CDN, you will need to contact cloudflare support about how to configure your site via a proxy to connect to your site here.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hello,
Thank you for looking into this and determining what was causing the issues. Our original domain name was controlled by a third party and thus I had no idea about the use of Cloudflare, however I owned the alternative domain myself and have attached this to the website instead and all is working precisely as it should be now.
Thank you for your assistance, it is greatly appreciated.

Hi @donkrusty I have set those sites to the primary staging address. As with the response from my colleague here, please set your domain to our WordPress.com name server addresses for the best connection possible. Once you have done that you will be able to set the sites to use their custom addresses instead of the staging addresses.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

Hi @kstroher I believe this is a different issue from the one in the original post, even though it may appear similar to you. Could you start a new topic request here?
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/?new=1You can add a “modlook” tag if you’d like to get staff attention.
That way the people who have been working on this topic won’t get unwanted notifications as we troubleshoot your issue. Thanks!
