  I’m stuck in a loop.
  My domain internationalzingburger.blog has been parked and I have updated the payment details but I can’t find a way to proceed any further to renew or redeem the domain.

  Under Purchases I get this message: “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact support.”
  When I contact support and connect to a human, if I use this address in the email form, it says, “We couldn’t fetch enough information about this site to determine our ability to support you with it.” and I can’t submit the form.
