    Hello there.
I have the following problem: I was trying to transfer my DNS hosting to Cloudflare and I had a Jetpack error, when I tried to solve it, suddenly all my site disappeared.

I browsed these forums for solutions and it seems that multiple people have had the same problem already, and it was resolved, but there were not mentioned any steps about the solution, so I decided to make a post.

Here is the screenshot of my Purchase history and the error:

Here are the links to some of the other threads with exact same problem:

    Thank you in advance.

Hi there, looks like something went wrong when transferring the DNS to Cloudflare, which broke your site’s Jetpack connection.

I have temporarily set the default https://survivalreach.wpcomstaging.com as your site’s primary address for now, and reconnected Jetpack. You should be able to access your site and purchases now. If you’re still seeing the issue, please try using a completely new incognito/private browser window.

Please check your your DNS settings, and make sure the domain is connected correctly. You can then set your custom domain survivalreach.com as your site’s primary address by following the steps in our guide: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/set-a-primary-address/

In some cases, you may have a conflict between Jetpack and Cloudflare. While Jetpack cannot be disabled on WordPress.com-hosted sites, Cloudflare offers instructions for ensuring that Jetpack continues to work with your Cloudflare setup.

I’m also sharing our guide on Cloudflare CDN in case it’s helpful: https://wordpress.com/support/cloudflare-cdn/

Thank you for confirming that it’s working, I’m glad I could help!

I’ll go ahead and mark this issue as solved, and if you have any other questions down the line, feel free to reach out.

Enjoy the rest of your day!
