Help! I can’t access the settings/database for my site and I have no way of live chatting or accessing my business subscription since wordpress says I no longer have access to it. Is there any quick way to get this fixed?

    Thanks, Michael.

    Hi Michael,

Sorry to hear about the issues you’re encountering with accessing your settings and database. It seems there might have been a temporary glitch, which can occasionally occur, especially if tools like All-in-One WP Migration are used during site migrations, as this can sometimes lead to permissions getting mixed up.

Good news, though – I’ve gone ahead and resynced your purchases. You should now have full access to manage your site as usual, as well as the ability to reach out through our support channels that come with your Entrepreneur plan.

Additionally, I want to remind you that your Entrepreneur plan includes the first year of a domain registration for free. This is a great time to claim any available custom domain you have your eye on, at no additional cost. If you already have a domain, you’re welcome to connect it to your WordPress.com site as part of your plan’s benefits.

If you have any more questions or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to contact our Happiness team through the support options available to you.

Good afternoon. I let a domain go in 2013. Somehow, the same person who bought it was able to hack my old website and take it over. My pictures and old content is all still there. They have altered the home page and it’s basically porn. How can I stop it and delete it? I had a podcast on Blogtalk from 2010-2012. Help! Thank you

Help! I’m logged on, but it acts as though I have no sites. I am fully paid up (this can be proven) but I see none of my sites, there’s no way to update any of them. I successfully updated as recently as June 2024, so what happened in the last two months?
